Feed the soil on a schedule — meals and water.

Soil feed is meal and water rhythm. Skipping lunch then snacking at midnight starves the plot. Energy dips often follow the schedule — not a missing “boost powder.”

Feed rules

  • Water through the day
  • Regular meals with protein and fiber
  • Alcohol: clinician limits
  • Eat where you can look outdoors when possible
